Terms & Conditions

We offer three principal service arrangements for inheritance and estate matters:

• Inheritance Consultation — a private meeting to review the estate and explain the way forward, including a written summary of the session. Priced at ฿4,500 per session.

• Estate Administration Support — managed handling of documents, filings, and correspondence on your behalf during the administration period. Typically one to three months. Priced at ฿9,600.

• Full Inheritance Matter Case — complete representation through to the conclusion of a contested or complex matter, including a closing report. Priced at ฿16,700.

The precise scope of each engagement is confirmed in writing at the point of instruction. Any services beyond that agreed scope may be subject to a separate arrangement.

Our professional relationship begins when you instruct us and we confirm our acceptance in writing. Until that point, any information exchanged is preliminary and does not create a professional obligation on either side.

We may, at our discretion, decline to act in a matter where a conflict of interest exists, or where we reasonably consider the matter falls outside our practice area or professional capacity.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to your matter. We rely on the information you give us; we cannot be held responsible for outcomes arising from information that was incomplete or inaccurate.

Our fees are as set out in the service descriptions above and confirmed at the time of engagement. All fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (฿).

• Payment terms are agreed in writing at the point of instruction

• A deposit may be requested before substantive work begins on longer matters

• Where court filing fees, translation costs, or other disbursements are incurred, these will be advised and agreed separately

• Outstanding fees may result in a pause in work until payment is received

Fees are not refundable once substantive work on a matter has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We treat all information you share with us as strictly confidential and in accordance with our professional obligations. We will not disclose your personal or case information to any third party without your consent, except where we are required to do so by law or by the order of a court.

Confidentiality obligations continue after our engagement ends. We expect the same discretion from you regarding any advice, correspondence, or documents we provide.

We take our professional responsibilities seriously and work carefully on every matter. However, legal outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the decisions of courts, the conduct of other parties, and the completeness of information provided to us.

Our liability to you for any loss arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the engagement in which the issue arose, unless otherwise required by applicable Thai law.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from our services or from any delay outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms or from our professional relationship shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Phuket Province, Thailand, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

We will always seek to resolve any concern or complaint informally before any formal steps are considered. Please contact us first and we will do our best to address the matter promptly and fairly.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the date it was last updated. Material changes affecting active engagements will be communicated to you directly.
